The Dreaming Wisps are spirits of the dead and avatars of the dreamers visiting the Ideal Dreamlands, the realm of Sehkra. They are formless wisp-like creatures that represent minds of a individual. Due to the Ideal dreamlands as the realm of objective truth, they will always be identifiable upon close observation independent of the form they take. They spend their time on the realm exploring concepts derived from objective truth and simulations of pure imagination with the help of the Nerelaven.
